Sydney, Australia Day 5(June 2023)

After Breakfast we headed down to the Sea Museum located in Darling Harbour.

It is also known as the Australian National Maritime Museum and because I know all to well

that at a place like this, we will spend all day here,

so this was our only stop for the day and it didn't disappoint.

We started our day outside exploring all the ships.

We explored the HMAS Onslow, HMB Endeavour, Destroyer HMAS Vampire, Duyfken,

and Tall Ship: James Craig 1874. The HMB Endeavour and Duyfken were both replicas,

but the James Craig is one of only four remaining, working 19th century barques in existence.

On some ships we walk around and explored on our own, and others

we took short tours filled with lots of history.

Sweet Boy even go to ring the bell on the James Craig.

After spending more then half the day outside we grabbed some
lunch before heading inside to check out the rest of the museum.
We started at the Lego Brickwrecks.
The exhibit was a combination of Ryan "The Brickman" McNaught's Lego models,
and real shipwreck objects.

We ended the day exploring the rest of the museum, before
leaving shortly before closing.
Once again we opened and closed a museum down.

Even as the trip planner I made a rookie mistake
a wore the wrong shoes. Luckily no one noticed
or I would not have been aloud on the ships.

We grabbed some ice cream on our walk home, before
calling it a night. We had a zero-dark thirty wake up call the next day.
